Inside the penitentiary there is a lot of agitation: the inmates protest against some conditions and the prison officers prepare themselves to face the situation, if it degenerates.
A colleague comes forward and proposes that she should have a meeting with the inmates in order to understand what their reasons are and achieve a peaceful solution.
